Sugai Date; A brown body with yellow-white tips, thick flesh, thin skin, and high fiber content. Low in sugar, favored by diabetics. Enjoy with tahini or local coffee. Grown in Riyadh, Qasim, Al-Kharj regions.

This is the best pistachio baklava I have ever eaten. There is less dough in this type of baklava, which only enhances the pistachio flavor. If you love pistachios, this is the baklava for you!
